I love to make cinnamon rolls to give to neighbors at Christmas! My favorite recipe is from Mel’s Kitchen Cafe (https://www.melskitchencafe.com/the-best-cinnamon-rolls/). I buy small disposable baking tins with lids (https://shorturl.at/ZWgrL) and bake 4 cinnamon rolls directly in the tin! You could also bake them on a large sheet tray and give them out individually. Last Christmas I made 4 batches from the recipe above and was able to get 16 tins baked in total! It definitely takes time and patience, but the end result is WORTH IT. For something easier, you could make small sheet cakes in each pan or fill containers with cookies! Once the cinnamon rolls are frosted and ready to go, I packaged them up with a note to our neighbors and delivered them to their doorstep! This year we are planning to include an invite card to Christmas Eve at HDC as well.
